Safe Non-Toxic Hand Sanitizer Guide

On weekends, I take the time to make lunches I love, like this kale salad, which is an adaptation from @terrywalterscooks Confetti Kale Salad.
To make:
-🥬 thinly chop noa head of kale
- 🫒massage the kale with a tablespoon of olive oil (obviously, I only use Olea True—I’ve written a bunch about this on our site).
- 🥑 massage the kale with a teaspoon of salt and half a ripe avocado
- 🥕 grate in half a carrot (I use a peeler to make strips)
- 🧅 add in a quarter of a diced red onion, half a minced bell pepper (red is the prettiest for color variety), and a quarter cup of pepitas
- 🍋 squeeze in half a lemon, half a lime, season to taste with salt, and toss
