The newly designed CorkiMat is a premium handmade, eco-friendly, nontoxic, certified organic cotton babies/toddlers/kids play mat. Finally, someone is making a play mat without a bunch of potentially toxic foam!
CorkiMat® is safe from harmful chemicals and toxins, FREE of Formamide, Fire-retardants, PU, PVC, BPA, Formaldehyde, Phthalates, Lead, and harmful VOCs.

Dimensions: Insert: appx. 25″x25″x1″/tile
Small: 4 insert tiles, appx. 50.5″x50.5″x1″(128cmx128cm)
Large: 6 insert tiles, appx. 75.5″x50.5″x1″(192cmx128cm)
Wash and Care:
Cover: Please wash the cover and tumble dry prior to first use. It is designed to fit better after shrinking. Machine wash separately in cold/warm water, Tumble dry, No bleach, Iron if needed.
Insert: Hand wash with brush, Air dry vertically under sunlight or in a well ventilated place, Do not tumble dry.
Assemble instructions:
- Wash and tumble dry the cover before first use to shrink it.
- Insert tiles all the way to 4 corners first then put in center tiles for 6-tile mats. Do not bend tiles. All tiles must be flat inside the cover. Cover can be stretched if needed.
- Flip over and Enjoy!

We LOVE this non-toxic mat! Works perfect in our baby’s playroom. The cover does fit very tight, so be patient and have someone else help when putting it back on.
