How to Use:

1. Just slide your phone into the top slot of the DefenderShield EMF Radiation Protection Armband to minimize EMF emissions between your phone and your body.
2. Secure the armband on your arm using the VELCRO® strap and the additional strap extender if needed.
3. Use one of the three slots along the bottom of the armband to plug in your headphones.
4. The touch-screen compatible plastic window allows you to answer calls and control your device without removing it from the armband.
