3.5 stars at best. Note they discontinued the original Mobile and has a newer design, so you will not be able to read the review on the older model on their site anymore. I have two issues with this unit: The plastic panel with the button, timer and battery life indicators came loose with VERY little use, which is apparently only held there by glue. The second one is the price point. I get that most companies are not even offering a portable unit, but just think about it: It’s only 12 LEDs vs. the 60 in the entry level home unit, and the rest is of course just a rechargable battery in the form of a power bank, with a preset countdown timer and cooling fan. How does that add up to anywhere near $200 worth of components, especially with full size models like MitoMin being only a little over $200?? They have all the competitive comparison with Joovv being overpriced but the fact remains this unit is overpriced (and the newer model still is) for what it is. I had a steep discount from writing reviews and points from buying a larger model, I certainly wouldn’t pay full price. I guess that’s what happens when there is not a competitive product on the market, another company should come in and give them some competition on the portable solution so they will no longer have a monopoly on portable models just as they gave Joovv the same competition.
