We discovered that essentially ALL cutting boards (even wood and bamboo) are made with plastics, solvents, and glues that are very toxic and unsafe to use on a daily basis. They don’t absorb liquid and rubber is anti-microbial to prevent bacterial growth. This is the rare product that is both safe to use AND works better than its toxic counterparts.

These have nontoxic anti-microbial agents (MicroStop) added to the rubber to inhibit the growth of molds and germs. This cannot be said of wooden, bamboo, plastic or other cutting boards. We deeply researched MicroStop and found it to be nontoxic.
