After you place your order, Suzanne will contact you personally to schedule your 60-minute appointment time (to be done via phone or Zoom, depending on your preference).

Suzanne specializes in working with busy moms who want to make healthy eating simpler and less time-consuming. Suzanne can help you learn to read food labels with ease, stock your pantry, get your kids eating healthier snacks, and find foods that help you shed bloat.

The food choices my clients make have an immediate impact on their health, but I recognize that becoming healthier is not always an easy path! I have spent decades studying, adapting, compromising, and constantly learning anew. No one nutrition path offers all the answers for everyone, but each contains pieces of wisdom that I use in my practice. I love working with moms who are committed to providing a healthy lifestyle for their families without spending hours in the kitchen.
