The Good Stuff Store offers natural products to families concerned about the toxins in conventional brands of skincare, haircare, baby gear, diapers, and household products. Our store is stocked with only products that we love ourselves—both for their efficacy and because our research leads us to believe that they are the safest on the market.

If you experience an unfavorable reaction to any product, please discontinue use immediately. Before using any products, perform a patch test, and if you see a reaction within 24 hours, do not use the product, and please let us know!

By purchasing or using any items sold in this store, it is implied that you have read and understand the risks of using herbs and herbal products and therefore release Gimme the Good Stuff from any and all liability.

If you are pregnant or nursing, please speak to your doctor before using herbal products.

Privacy & Security

We know how important your privacy is. Gimme the Good Stuff only collects personally identifiable information that you voluntarily submit through our website. Such information may include your name, postal address, date of birth and/or email address, as well as other information. We will never sell or give away your private information to any third party for any reason. All the information you share with us will be used for the sole purpose of doing business with and utilizing the resources on Gimme the Good Stuff.

When you enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

SMS Program

SMS messages will be sent from Gimme the Good Stuff to let you know when we drop new Safe Product Guides, running special sales, or when we want to communicate with you about your cart or orders.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Shipping & Delivery

Gimme the Good Stuff ships via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 (continental U.S. only), and flat-rate shipping of $9.95 on all other orders. Almost all orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. However, due to global supply chain issues in the last year, some shipping times may vary as much as 3-5 business days. Especially on products that are internationally sourced. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will usually ship the following business day. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, which may mean a later shipping date. Orders going to Hawaii incur a $19 shipping fee.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love everything that you buy from Gimme the Good Stuff’s store, but if you change your mind about a purchase, you are welcome to make a return.

All returned products must be in unopened packaging and/or be unused. In order to issue a refund or exchange, we must receive your return within 15 days of the purchase date. If you received your order as a gift, you may return it for store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds for the cost of shipping, and please note that if you return something from an order where we covered shipping (all orders $75 and up), you will be charged the amount that was charged to ship the package to you initially. Soaring Heart Refunds & Exchanges

Soaring Heart Natural Beds’ 30 Day Comfort Guarantee is an exchange program, not a return policy. You have 30 days from time of delivery to modify your mattress into a more suitable sleep system of equivalent or lesser value. Modifying your sleep system above the value of original purchase will incur additional cost of materials. 30 Day Comfort Guarantee is contingent upon the purchase of a Soaring Heart Mattress Pad in order to protect the mattress. Any stains or damage to mattress voids the 30 Day Comfort Guarantee. Fees will apply for any additional materials or restocking.

• 30 Day Comfort Guarantee does not apply to discounted products, items sold “as is,” or custom products.

20 year Latex Mattress Warranty

Soaring Heart warrants your new latex or innerspring mattress to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 20 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

Should your mattress fail during the warranty period, Soaring Heart Natural Bed Company, at its option, will replace or repair the mattress or foundation at no charge other than shipping/transportation costs. Soaring Heart Natural Bed Company reserves the right to substitute materials or models of equal value and quality. Repair or replacement of the mattress does not extend the original warranty period.

Years 1-10 of this warranty are non-prorated and years 11-20 are prorated. Within the prorated period, Soaring Heart Natural Bed Company will repair or replace the mattress at a prorated cost of use of 1/20 of the original purchase price per year from the original date on the bill of sale.

To qualify for this warranty, the original purchaser must be using a Soaring Heart Mattress Pad, present proof of purchase for validation, and the law label and trade labels on the defective product must be intact. The mattress set must also be flipped/rotated regularly, and be free of stains, soiling, and tears. Please note, if you plan to use your Soaring Heart Natural Bed Company mattress on an existing slat foundation, slats must be at least 1″ – 3″ apart to validate the warranty. This distance provides optimal airflow and support of the mattress.

The warranty does not apply to:

          • Normal body signatures of 1½” deep or less.*

          • Firmness preference.

          • Allergies or sensitivities.

          • Cover (fabric).**

          • Stains or soil.

          • Burns.

          • Floor models or models sold “as is.”

*Normal body signatures are not a suggestion of structural failure. Rotating your Innerspring head to foot monthly will minimize the appearance of body signatures. Soaring Heart Natural Bed Company is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising through the use of this product.

**The mattress cover is warranted for two (2) years against structural defects in the material or workmanship. Loose threads, pilling, normal body contouring, and stretching of fabrics are considered cosmetic flaws and are not covered.

Returns

• Soaring Heart cannot accept returns on bedding unless damaged or defective.

• Returned products are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

• Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.

Cancellation

While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors occasionally occur. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price, Gimme the Good Stuff has the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged (in which case we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order, and to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by or using the same online account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Gimme the Good Stuff sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
