Keep tapers away from windows, fans, and drafts to help prevent dripping. Trim candle-tin wicks to 1/4 inch before lighting, and allow the melted wax to reach the container wall before extinguishing. For the glass candles, allow the burn pool to reach the edge and limit each burn to two hours.
