The inner layer, made from cornstarch-derived thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), accounts for less than 10% of the total fabric, delivering moisture protection without sacrificing breathability.
Laboratory testing confirms the fabric blocks particles as small as 1 micron, helping reduce exposure to dust and common allergens. Each mattress protector is handmade in the USA with attention to durability and long-term performance.
Care is simple—machine wash cold and hang dry. Bleach should be avoided to preserve the natural waterproof bond.
