I ran across the box today that contains the “useless” Rouge Tabletop Red Light panel that I ordered a couple months ago. Why is it still in the box you may ask? The “tabletop” will not stand up. I received it without any instructions. It does have a stand. However, the stand will not “stand up” on its own. It came with no tools, screws, etc to attach the stand. It appears that a tiny allen wrench is needed. I have attempted in many ways to “prop the panel up,” and have unfortunately not been successful, and damaged my floor, toe, and table top in my efforts. Also, my panel came with 2 cords. (Again no instructions) One may think it would be easy to just plug in a cord and go…right? Neither cord seems to fit independently into the panel? So in the end, I have spent $500 on a worthless device, with absolutely no assistance from customer service. Zero. I am questioning all these positive reviews? And furthermore, my gut told me to go with a different company. I should have followed my instinct. I will be doing a video on this. A friend of mine is including this on her blog. I will provide a link below. Run from this company. They should be ashamed. $500.00 down the drain. If I cant get a response for my issues, I am positive a refund would be out of the question, right?
