GOTS-approved accessories include polyethylene waterproofing made from non-GMO sugarcane, polyethylene foam, steel fasteners, and polypropylene for the interlinings. The breathable cover uses an elastane elastic band, TPU waterproofing, and polyester backing and thread for durability.

The mattress features a firm, flat waterproof surface made from non-GMO sugarcane that meets certain food-contact standards and can be wiped clean. A 3-dimensional removable cover with an organic cotton surface is added to promote airflow and help with temperature regulation.

The cover also includes a waterproof backing, eliminating the need for an additional waterproof pad.
