How to Use
- Brush teeth and use a tongue scraper.

- At night, swish 1 teaspoon of Brilliant Black Oil Pulling for 2–5 minutes.
- Spit into the trash (not the sink). Rinsing is optional.
Use daily for optimal results. Each bottle lasts approximately 4–6 weeks. No shaking required before use.
