My baby developed a rash after trying a new brand of diapers. After treating the rash with another product for a week(with no positive results) I purchased the Soothing Diaper Cream and after applying it for one day it completely cleared the rash. Amazing! You have definitely won me over.

I love this diaper cream and body/hair wash too! It’s great for my boy’s sensitive skin and always clears up any redness they get. I love that Babo products are safe for our babies/kids!

Warning! This cream is no longer what it used to be. The formula has changed completely, yet the SKU and the name stayed the same. They also changed the packaging cap, it no longer unscrews and only flips open. I dislike that because the nature of this product required it frequent cleaning. The new cap does not allow to disinfect it under the cap, where the gap is that can trap and harbor bacteria.
When I contacted Babo about my concerns, they gave a moronic explanation that the formula had to be changed to comply with the drug box on the packaging. Babo changed manufacturers and the new manufacturer compelled them to change the formula. I cannot understand how a manufacturer can allegedly make a company alter formula. This answer indicates that there is more to the story than Babo is willing to share.
The new formula is runny, does not stay on baby’s skin and fails to offer any protection for their delicate skin. It is also unethical of Babo to keep “riding” on the old, rave reviews of the other product with with original formula…

I was using and loved the original Babo diaper cream. I recently
Ordered a new one and noticed there was a change when I looked at the ingredients it now has “fragrance.” I am now on the look out for a clean diaper cream.

It’s still a natural fragrance made only with essential oils.

I LOVE this cream. I have not used it long so do not know what it was like before, but it is not runny and it works fast. I use it with cloth diapers.
Muriel –
The ingredient list has since changed. It now contains a bunch of hydrogenated oils.

Doesn’t work as well as Honest diaper cream. It doesn’t seem to heal my baby’s rash. It prevents it from getting worse though.

The oils are not a concern–safe and toxin-free when used on the skin.
