How to adjust the grind size
- Remove the top nut, handle, and round piece beneath the handle.
- Turn the gear-shaped piece on the threaded rod to move the ceramic burrs closer together or farther apart.
- Turn clockwise for a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser grind.
To clean: Grind a small amount of uncooked white rice through the grinder to help remove residual oils and particles.
