The Blanket Duvet Cover possesses no EMF shielding ability on its own. Must be used in conjunction with the DefenderShield® EMF Protection Anti-Radiation Blanket for EMF radiation shielding capability. 

How to Use

Blanket Duvet Covers 

1. Lay the cover on top of your mattress.
   
2. Turn the cover inside out and tie the top two ties to the loops on the corners of the DefenderShield EMF Blanket.
   
3. Holding the top two corners tightly, flip the cover right side out over the blanket. Shake until it covers the entire blanket.
   
4. Tie the remaining two corners of the cover to the remaining two loops on the blanket. Once everything is tied and aligned, zip it up!
   
5. Make sure the blanket is in between your body and your electronic device(s) for EMF protection.
   
6. Use during the day or night to reduce your exposure to wireless EMF frequencies from your devices and/or ambient EMF emissions in the environment.
