Care

• Hand washable: Use a hand wash cycle with cold water and a low spin setting. Line dry or tumble dry low. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and dryer balls. Dry cleaning is optional.
• Pilling prevention: Some pilling is normal for natural fibers. To help prevent excess pilling, avoid fabric softeners, dryer balls, and friction with other rough fabrics.
• Color variation: Products are made in small batches using non-toxic dyes, so slight color variations may occur.

Sustainability

• Zero harmful chemicals: Unlike bamboo viscose, innovative CleanBamboo® does not use toxic solvents. No pesticides or fertilizers are used with organically grown bamboo.
• Saving water: Organic bamboo is grown with 100% rainwater and processed in a closed-loop system that recycles water up to 200x. This saves 99% more water compared to cotton and 58% compared to bamboo viscose.
• Saving the atmosphere: PLNTbouclé™ saves 45% CO2 compared to both conventional cotton and bamboo viscose.
• Saving trees: As one of the fastest-growing plants on earth and a type of weed, bamboo grows 532x faster than eucalyptus or beech trees, which are often cut down for fabric production.
• Never taking: The bamboo used is considered a weed and is not a food source for pandas. A specific high-fiber species is selected for textile production. Bamboo grows 3x faster than it can be harvested, helping prevent resource depletion.
• Leaving no trace: All textiles are 100% biodegradable. To help finished products properly degrade, cut out all seams and tags before placing them in a suitable degradable environment.
