Made from durable 18/10 stainless steel with a brushed finish, this 1.5-quart milkpot preserves the natural taste of food and is easy to clean. Its detachable handle design makes it easy to move cookware from the stovetop to the oven or table. Detachable handles are sold separately.
The CRISTEL thermodiffuser base provides optimal heat distribution for consistent cooking. The milkpot is suitable for a variety of cooking methods, including low-temperature cooking, boiling, braising, and oven cooking. Stainless steel construction allows for fat-free cooking when properly preheated, while gentle, low-temperature cooking helps retain the natural nutrients, minerals, and vitamins in foods.
CRISTEL stainless steel cookware with detachable parts is oven-safe up to 550°F. Glass lids are oven-safe up to 400°F. To help maintain performance, avoid thermal shock and reduce the heat source once the desired cooking temperature has been reached. When cooking with gas, keep the flame within the thermodiffuser base.
