Fritaire combines a clear glass cooking bowl with powerful convection cooking and a versatile set of accessories. Its 9-in-1 functions include presets for steak, chicken, seafood, French fries, baked dishes, dehydrating, tumbling, rotisserie cooking, and self-cleaning.
The glass bowl lets you see food as it cooks and is designed to simplify cleanup with Fritaire’s self-cleaning function. Fritaire states that its food-contact surfaces are free of Teflon (PTFE), PFAS, and BPA.
With 1,300 watts of power and convection heat up to 400°F, hot air circulates around the bowl for even cooking. The included rotisserie, tumbling basket, and air stand expand the ways you can cook in one appliance.
