The CRISTEL Castel'Pro® 2-Piece Stainless Steel Frying Pan Set combines professional performance with durable 5-ply construction and a polished mirror finish. The set includes an 8" deep frying pan and a 9.5" deep frying pan, providing versatile sizes for sautéing, searing, browning, and everyday cooking.
Each pan features a five-layer construction consisting of 18/10 stainless steel, three layers of aluminum, and stainless steel. This full-body construction provides even heat distribution throughout the entire pan, allowing for rapid temperature changes and precise cooking control.
The rounded pan shape is ideal for mixing, sautéing, and stirring, while internal measurement graduations make it easy to monitor quantities during cooking. The solid stainless steel handles are securely riveted to the pan and designed to minimize heat retention.

Cooking & Care Instructions:
The CRISTEL thermodiffuser construction is designed for optimal heat distribution. Once the desired temperature is reached, reduce the heat source to prevent overheating. When cooking with gas, ensure the flame does not extend beyond the base of the cookware.
For fat-free cooking, preheat the stainless steel pan until drops of water form tiny, rolling bubbles. Reduce the heat by approximately one-third before adding food.
For low-temperature cooking, use very little water and cook gently with the lid on to minimize evaporation. When boiling, add salt after the water begins to boil and ensure it dissolves completely.
CRISTEL stainless steel cookware with detachable components is oven-safe up to 550°F, while glass lids are oven-safe up to 400°F. Avoid thermal shock by preventing sudden transitions between very hot and very cold temperatures.
