Why it’s Good Stuff
Maia’s children played with these natural rubber bath toys for a decade! They remain our go-to gift for babies through preschoolers.
Unlike most “rubber” duckies, this collection of natural rubber bath toys is made from the sap of the hevea brasilensis, and free of phthalates, BPA, and other hormone disruptors.
Choose from nine characters–the kids in our family liked the crab the best! All of these natural rubber bathtub toys bubble when submerged and drain easily after playtime. They are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).
Please note that as these toys are made of natural rubber, the retain a faint smell of rubber. Do not use if you have sensitivities or allergies to latex.
Shark, Octopus, Puffer Fish, Blue Diver, Sea Turtle, Crab, Seahorse, Orange Submarine, Red Diver

Michelle-if you ordered these from our store, please reach out to us at [email protected] so that we can replace or refund. My kids have played with these since babyhood (CHEWED on them in fact), and other than a slight natural rubber smell, there is no odor (and I have a sensitive nose). Something is wrong if the one you got smells that bad–please get in touch so we can fix it. -Maia

I laughed a bit when I read the reviews about a bad odor on these because I assumed it was the natural rubber smell that can be unpleasant. It isn’t, there is something seriously wrong with the little crab bath toy I ordered. It smells so strong that I put it in a ziplock bag and the next day the smell permeated the bag so I put that bag inside another sealed gallon bag and the smell went through that as well. Not just a little, enough to make my entire office smell fragrant while it is now inside THREE plastic bags! I am now concerned that I even touched this thing. I have lots of natural rubber items and this is not a natural rubber smell I think it must be a bad lot or something.
The smell is natural rubber. Yes it does have a strong scent but it’s 100% natural and nontoxic!

Love these! The only bath toys that won’t mold. My son has used these for years and they’re still in great shape.

These have a very strong perfumed baby powder smell and are made in China.
These smell horrible, like synthetic rubber. We love hevea and oli & carol brands for our baby.
These are wonderful! My MIL got my babies (a 1 year old and soon to be 3 year old) the turtle, crab, blowfish and the octopus and they LOVE them. I had never went out and bought bath toys after I had read about chemicals leaching into the bath water from bath toys. Was so excited about this guide to send out to all the grandparents for Christmas ideas. Bath toys are such a hit. My kids love to take their baths!!! Also, I previously worried about having to clean mold out of bath toys, these have holes in them that could easily be cleaned with some white vinegar and a cloth if ever concerned about giving them a deep clean!
